To be approved, brokers and agents have submitted documentation of their closed luxury transactions in the top 10% of their local market area.

If you are considering selling your home, work with a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). REALTORS® with the SRS Designation after their name have met specific educational and practical experience criteria in representing sellers, and can guide you through a successful transaction.
The Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) certification provides REALTORS® with expert knowledge and skills to perform accurate and professional broker price opinions (BPOs) and comparative market analyses (CMAs). The BPOR certification is held by less than 1% of San Antonio REALTORS®.
The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed strict educational training that gives REALTORS® skills in pricing properties, creating comparative market analysis, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they may have about home values.

CIPS
Certified International Property Specialist
Many REALTORS® work with buyers and sellers from different countries or cultures. Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designees have demonstrated their international experience and participate in international programs offered by the National Association of REALTORS®.
On average, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designees produce nearly three times more in transactions, and gross sales than non-designee REALTORS®. The CRS designation is held by less than 4% of San Antonio REALTORS®.
REALTORS® with the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. The Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®) Real Estate Agent Course is the premier training on Home Staging for the real estate industry. Homes which are correctly staged sell (on average), faster and for more money. The ASP certification is held by less than 1% of San Antonio REALTORS®.

Military Relocation Professional
REALTORS® who earn the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification know how to work with military personnel and veterans to find housing solutions that best meet their needs and allow them to take full advantage of their military benefits.
This Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is designed for REALTORS® who facilitate the buying and selling of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination. The RSPS certification is held by less than 1% of San Antonio REALTORS®.

Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource
REALTORS® who have earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.
A 'Green' Designee is your trusted resource for understanding what makes a property green, listing green homes and guiding buyers interested in resource-efficient properties, discussing financial incentives, and understanding green industry rating systems. The Historic House Specialist designation is a certification issued by the City of San Antonio's Office of Historic Preservation. Over 10,260 properties within the City of San Antonio are designated historic. Topics covered in the course-work include Design Review and Permitting, Property Work History, Architectural Styles, Benefits of Preservation, Case studies of past projects, Tax Incentives, & Property Research.
